Häme Armour Battalion
Formed in the merger of the Häme Jaeger Battalion and the Tank Battalion in 2003, the Häme Armour Battalion (HÄMPSP) specializes in the training of war-time armoured troops. The three companies comprising the battalion produce troops that are some of the most powerful in the army as well as central to the national defence.
Jaeger Artillery Regiment
The Jaeger Artillery Regiment is responsible for producing the entire indirect firing system with all its elements for the needs of the wartime armoured brigade and howitzer and mortar units for wartime troops serving under the command of the High Command during the time of war.
Helsinki Air Defence Regiment
Helsingin Ilmatorjuntarykmentin tehtävänä on pääkaupunkiseudun ilmatorjunnan kouluttaminen. Koulutettavia yksiköitä ovat ilmatorjunnan johtoportaat, ilmatorjuntapanssarivaunujoukkueet, kevyet ilmatorjuntapatterit sekä kohde- ja lähi-ilmatorjuntapatterit.
Parola Battalion
The Parola Battalion produces logistics and transportation personnel for war-time armoured and mechanized troops and personnel for war-time military police units.
Armour School
The primary objective of the Armour School is the training of staff and reserve officers for armoured and mechanized troops.
The research and development division supports the development of infantry by carrying out orders given by the Army General Staff.
