Parola Battalion
The main task of the Parola Battalion is to give training to MPs, military drivers, signallers and specialists in different areas of logistics for the wartime Armoured Brigade and many other units
The other very important task is to train specialists for the security, the transportation services and the very demanding logistic and detail soldier duties of the peacetime Hämeenlinna - Hattula Garrison functions.
The fighters trained by the Parola Battalion have a vital role in providing security, functions of the leadership system and logistics and transportation services to the wartime Armoured Brigade. The conscripts taking care of garrison duties serve different units and installations by doing very responsible and initiative demanding jobs.
