Logistics Centre
The maintenance of the Armour Brigade’s personnel, equipment, and materials has been centralised in the Logistics Centre. The Logistics Centre, a functional entity consisting of various service departments, is responsible for the maintenance services needed by the Armour Brigade. In addition to the Armour Brigade, the services of the Logistics Centre are used by other headquarters, troops, and departments as well. In total, around 200 people work at the Logistics Centre.
The main tasks of the Logistics Centre are:
- maintenance and repairs of materials and equipment
- restocking and storage of materials
- upkeep of conscripts – for example, provisioning and clothing
- health care of personnel
- transport services
The departments of the Logistics Centre are:
- Health Station of the Armoured Brigade
- Central Depot
- Repair Shop
- Transport Department
